Fellowships in Haemodynamics
Summary
Fellowships aim to immerse fellows in real-life settings where they can learn directly from their experts. Such activities will support the individual continuous professional development but also transfer of best practices to fellows’ ICUs back home.
A total of 5 fellowships will be conducted as follows:
- Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin , Berlin Germany – Oliver HUNSICKER and the local team (February 17-February 21, 2025)
Fellowship-related costs (accommodation and travel) up to 1000 EUR/fellow will be reimbursed by ESICM.
Eligibility and applications for fellowships:
- Must be a member of the ESICM (so join us now if not already a member!)
- Must attend at least 2 levels of the Haemodynamics pathway within 1 year
- Fellowships will be awarded on basis of attendance at the course and highest performance in the post-course evaluation.
- Complete Post-Test in 72 hours post course.
- Complete the fellowship application form
- Upload a letter of recommendation regarding your activity and motivation
- Upload a letter of support from your supervisor if you are a junior, stipulating whether there is support from the unit to implement changes based on your learning.
